Top AI automation experts, active now
AI automation links the tools you already use, such as email, forms, spreadsheets, your CRM and accounting software, and adds AI where judgement used to be needed: reading an enquiry, sorting an invoice, drafting a reply or updating a record. The result is hours back each week.
Start with one process that is frequent, boring and well understood. Hire someone who maps it with the people who do it now and builds in checks for when the AI isn’t sure.

Questions
AI automation: common questions
Which processes are worth automating first?
Ones that happen many times a week, follow a recognisable pattern and cost staff time without needing much expertise: logging enquiries, chasing documents, data entry from emails or PDFs, and first-draft replies.
Do we need custom software, or will no-code tools do?
No-code and low-code platforms cover a lot of small-business automation and are quick to change. Custom code makes sense at high volume or with unusual systems. A good specialist will recommend the simplest option that will last.
What happens when the automation gets it wrong?
It should fail safely: hold uncertain items for a person to check, never silently drop work and send an alert when something breaks. Ask to see how errors are handled before you sign off.
