Billing questions
How billing works
Do I need a card for the free trial?
Yes. You add a card when you sign up so your workspace can carry on without a gap after the trial. Nothing is charged for the first 30 days.
When will I first be charged?
When your 30-day trial ends. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing. After that, monthly plans are billed every 30 days and yearly plans once a year.
What counts as a user?
Every member of your workspace counts as one user. Outside people who join through a guest link are free, however many you invite.
What happens when I add or remove people?
Your bill follows the number of people in your workspace, so adding someone adds one user and removing someone takes one away.
Can I use an offer code?
Yes. If you have an offer code you can enter it when you sign up, or on the secure card page when you add your payment details.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Open your account page and choose Manage billing to switch plans, update your card or download invoices.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Manage billing on your account page whenever you like. There is no minimum term on the monthly plan.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe's secure payment page. We never see or store your full card number.
