Questions
Image & video generation: common questions
Can AI images match our brand?
Yes, with the right workflow. Specialists use reference images, style guides and sometimes custom-trained styles to keep colours, products and characters consistent across a campaign. Ask to see a series of related images, not a single highlight.
Who owns AI-generated images?
It depends on the tool’s terms and on how much human creative input went into the work, and UK law here is still developing. Agree in your contract that rights transfer to you as far as possible, and check the commercial licence of every tool used.
Are there things we shouldn’t generate?
Avoid realistic images of real people without their permission, imitating living artists’ styles by name and anything that could mislead customers, for example product images that don’t match what you sell. Advertising rules still apply to AI-made content.
